Sandra makes change happen.

Sandra Beckwith is a change-maker. Long ago, she changed colleges. Later she changed where she lived, moving halfway across the country—alone—for a job in a city where she knew no one. She has changed her marital status (and not just once…). For a short time in seventh grade, she even changed the spelling of “Sandy” (an “i” at the end dotted with a circle).

Sandra helps other people make change happen by presenting 'Finding the Courage to Change'.

We all have something we need to change—a job situation, a relationship, a hairstyle—but we usually don’t do anything about it until the status quo becomes unbearable. That’s because creating change is hard work—and most of us have absolutely no idea how to begin to make change happen.

Through “Finding the Courage to Change,” Sandra teaches audiences how to overcome inertia and make positive change happen in a way that is rewarding and fulfilling. Her clear, nine-step program for “Finding the Courage to Change” gives people the how-to information and inspiration they need to create positive change in their lives immediately.

“Finding the Courage to Change” is not about how to cope with change that is thrust upon us. It’s about how to make change happen. It’s about understanding what keeps us from initiating change. It’s about figuring out how to get over, under or around the obstacles that get in our way. It’s about setting goals and making plans. It’s about hope. It’s about happiness.

Sandra presents “Finding the Courage to Change” as a keynote presentation and as a workshop.
